In a small group, guided along the Seine, you’ll explore Paris through the centuries during a one-hour tour. At each stop, you’ll put on a virtual reality headset: today’s landscape gives way to yesterday’s. A one-of-a-kind immersive walk.

The Experience

What can I expect from the experience? An unprecedented journey through the history of Paris, along an open-air route on the banks of the Seine. Equipped with a virtual reality headset and guided by a host, you’ll relive major historical moments right where they originally happened. A powerful, captivating experience — and accessible to everyone.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What time should I arrive? Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Tours depart at fixed times in small groups.
What if I’m late? Your ticket is valid only for the selected time slot. If you arrive late, the group may have already departed, and your ticket could be forfeited. In this case, please call our hotline at +33 1 86 47 61 02 so we can explore possible solutions.
Where does the experience take place? The experience begins on the banks of the Seine near the Pont Louis-Philippe (4th arrondissement of Paris), on the Right Bank. The exact meeting point is listed on your ticket.
Is the experience available in case of rain? Yes! In light rain, the tour will go ahead (ponchos and small umbrellas may be provided). If weather conditions are too unfavorable, the tour may be postponed. In this case, you’ll be informed and offered a new time slot.
What should I wear? Dress according to the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. In hot weather, a hat or cap is recommended. Sunglasses are not suitable for VR headsets, but prescription glasses are fine.
Is the experience suitable for children? Yes, from age 8 and up. The scenes are immersive and sometimes impressive, but always age-appropriate for children accompanied by an adult. Please note: children remain the sole responsibility of their parents.
Can I bring young children or a stroller? The visit is hands-free. For this reason, we advise against bringing a stroller or very young child.
Can I wear glasses during the experience? Yes, those with prescription glasses can comfortably enjoy the experience. The headset will be adjusted at the beginning of the tour for optimal comfort. Sunglasses, however, are not recommended as they may darken the VR display.
Can I pay in cash on site? No. Tickets can only be purchased online; cash payments on site are not accepted.
Are there strobe lights used? No. The experience uses visuals displayed through a VR headset, with no aggressive lighting effects.
Will there be a gift shop? Not at the moment. However, take-home content (audio, educational, etc.) will soon be available online!
Are there restrooms on site? Public restrooms are available at the tour’s starting point.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience? Yes, you are welcome to take photos during the tour.
Can I buy food or drinks on site? No, food and beverages are not available along the route. We recommend eating before or after the experience at the many nearby establishments.
Can I book a group visit? Yes, special time slots are available for groups (schools, companies, associations, etc.). Please contact us via the dedicated form on our website to arrange your visit.
What languages is the experience available in? The experience is available in French, English and Spanish.

Is the tour accessible to people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility? Yes. The route is wheelchair accessible with the assistance of a companion. Reduced-rate tickets are available for disability cardholders and their companions.
Is there a place to store personal belongings? There is no cloakroom or luggage storage, as the experience takes place in a public space. We recommend coming light; a small backpack is allowed as long as your hands remain free.

Where can I buy tickets? You can purchase your tickets online through our website. Tickets are also available on the Fever app, downloadable from Google Play and the Apple Store.
Can I buy tickets on-site? No, tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person for free. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us and include your Ticket ID.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your e-ticket will be scanned directly from the Fever app.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven’t installed the app yet, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play and log in with the account you used to purchase the ticket. Still can't find it? Please contact us for assistance.
What is the exchange policy? In specific circumstances, we may be able to reschedule your tickets for another available date and time. Please contact us for more information, and be sure to include your Ticket ID.
